As a life long learner, Rachel recently made the transition from a successful law career to dedicating herself to yoga and wellness. Rachel is dedicated to bringing safe, alignment based and fun classes to her students. Classes are carefully curated for each private individual, group or corporate client based on their specific needs and goals. Classes can range from a fast paced, music-inspired Vinyasa flow to a slow placed, restorative meditation. 

After curing a herniated disc (developed from sitting at her old law firm desk) through frequent yoga practice, yoga went from being her hour escape from the everyday to so much more - it's how she finds balance, stability, health and happiness. Leaving her law desk behind, Rachel's passion for cultivating community and wellness was evident. She is thrilled to have founded 2 Yoga and wellness based companies, The Yoga Department & The Blue Moon Collective and recently opened a co-working space in SoHo called Kin Spaces. 

She teaches Vinyasa, Prenatal & Postnatal classes at Yoga Vida, The Farm on Kent and with The Yoga Department to her amazing corporate clients. In addition, Rachel hosts pop-up style workshops and classes in collaboration with those in similar industries.
